Position Overview
The Investment Analyst is a critical technical role responsible for identifying, evaluating, and monitoring investment opportunities to support the firm's growth objectives. Reporting directly to the Head of Investment, the Analyst will provide data-driven insights through rigorous financial modeling and market research.

Key Responsibilities
Investment Analysis & Valuation
· Build and maintain robust financial models to forecast revenue, free cash flows, and enterprise valuation.
· Conduct comprehensive valuation analyses utilizing methodologies such as discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions.
· Develop scenario models to evaluate upside/downside cases and simulate the impact of key variables.
Due Diligence & Reporting
· Assist in all stages of the due diligence process, including deep dives into financial statements and assessment of management forecasts.
- Prepare detailed investment memoranda and rationales, synthesizing key financial metrics, market positioning, and risk factors for the Head of Investment.
- Identify financial, operational, and compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies..
Portfolio Monitoring & Research
- Perform periodic reviews of portfolio companies.
· Support post-investment monitoring, quarterly performance reviews, and internal reporting.
· Conduct industry and sector research, benchmarking operating metrics to evaluate competitive positioning.
Qualifications
- MBA or master's degree in management/finance or a CA/ACCA/CFA qualification from a recognized institution.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Financial Modelling, Financial Projection, Due diligence, and Equity Research Analysis.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Preference shall be given to candidates with prior experience in private equity and capital markets.
